Stephanie uttered a lame joke (surprising, no) not too long ago and got me wondering: how many other people have used that same joke? Including myself?
Isn't it funny to think that every thought that's run through your brain has most likely run through the minds of millions of others? For instance, jokes, snyde remarks and stupid comebacks are rarely original (but yet often still funny). Entire conversations we've had could have been previously said by people unknown to us. My concerns could be that of another. My hopes could be that of another. My fears could be that of another. For anyone to claim "originality" in style, personality, or anything else, is almost a laughable concept. Essentially, we are constantly "recycling" every fiber of our being.
If you break it down to its core, you'd discover that we also recycle hairstyles, fashion trends, music, movies, people, places...
It seems the only thing we DON'T recycle is the stuff we actually need to for the planet's sake.
